I have just received a bad news! Not again, u might said!

Finally it's over for him, perhaps for the family too! Too much agony...now a breathe of relieved? I dun know!
It's time, I said! As quoted by a fren of mine, heaven need another angel, so they took him away! Seems like heaven need alot of angels! Short period of time, they took 2 (actual figures, I realli have no idea).
Yes, Ken's grandpa had just left the world. Reminded me when my own grandpa left 13 years ago.
13 long years, still missed him! Felt so guilty, have not paid respect to him for a long time.
I have visited Ken's grandpa in the hospital twice this year. The last time was on the 22nd, Tues!
He was wearing the oxygen mask and appeared to be in distressed! He was breathing hard! Anytime, the doctor said! I looked at him, soon? I asked myself. Perhaps he's a strong-willed peraon, perhaps he can pull through? I thought to myself.
Now, he's gone, what's in my head? I do not get to see him in future CNY anymore. His sitting position on the sofa when we visited him every CNY will remain in my head forever.

** At This Very Moment **
** Updates **
Total damage = $50
There are few factory outlets there....FOS, Giordano, City Chain, Clubmarc, Charles & Keith etc....
Not sure if they are turning the place to a factory outlet shopping centre or wat, but quite a shiok place to shop. I bought a pair of bermudas at FOS, and Ken bought 2 Polo-tees.
Oh yah, not forgetting to mention TCC.
Hmmm....it will be my next shopping hangout in future, since it's near my place.
Actually our purpose of gg there was to give support to Ken's cousin, who was working part-time there while waiting for O-Lvl results. Little did we know, she no longer works there...*piangzzzz*
Nevertheless, it gave us an opportunity to try the food there. Too many HK cafes in S'pore liao, so we remained skeptical about the food!
I ordered a pork chop rice and strawberry aloe vera while Ken ordered a chicken mushroom rice and mango juice. A side order of drumlets too!
Verdict: Pork chop too tough, chicken mushroom rice tasted better as the mushroom rice was rather fragrant.

** Married Women **
What's this thingy with married women gg clubbing?
Last Saturday, I went to St James with a group of galfrens. Bumped into my colleague (a guy) there, he was surprised to see me there and the first thing that came out from his mouth was: "How come married woman still go clubbing?" *#!%$&!*
This afternoon, had lunch with my colleagues, another guy, said the same thing: "Married liao still go clubbing?" *#$^#*
My answer: "Married liao cannot go clubbing meh?"
I wondered wat's gg through these guys' brain (pea brain to be exact). *hiak hiak*
What's this? Discrimination against married women?
Who on earth or is there a law saying married women cannot go clubbing?
So, married men can go clubbing but not married women? What is the logic behind this? Tell me!
Married women do not go clubbing to make trouble or create chaos lor, we are there just to chill out and have fun. The remarks by these guys are so unfair to us...married women!
Anyway, I forgive their ignorance...hahaha!
But I will like to emphsize, I'm not mad, I'm not angry, more of puzzled!
Puzzled abt mens' thinking! Hhhahaha!!!

人们总说男人有外遇是因为“七年之痒 ”！但我却认为，男人痒不痒都不需要等到七年。既时结婚一年或两年后，不满足的男人就会开始痒，然后就搭上能帮他搔痒的女人。哈哈，我又再讲废话了？非也非也，只是有一点点感触罢了！

** Weekly Updates **
Before I procrastinate further and before I'm flooded with more backlogs, I better start babbling now.
Hmm, where shld I begin?
Oh okay, I'm back to taking vegetarian every lunar 1st & 15th of the month. Last year, I did that for half day, find it more difficult to keep track. Though now is still lunar year of Pig, I've started last Tuesday anyway!
This vegetarian coffee shop along Jln Bt Merah serves marvelicious vegetarian, sure to go there again!
Went to this cafe at Eastpoint, recommended by Jo-san. Eighteen Chef, cool name huh! But think there's only one chef in the cafe...hiak hiak hiak!

I ordered mango sauce baked rice, it tasted so so. Ken's order is yummier! Baby Lobster Pasta!!! Though I dun eat lobster, but I thought the pasta was great, just yummy! Perhaps I'm more of a pasta person! ;)
I was on leave last Friday. Attended SX & HL's ROM at Holiday Inn. It has been raining for the past few days, yet on Friday, it was sunny like dun knw wat lor! "Heng" for them, cos their solemnization was an outdoor affair. It was only after the ceremony, it started to drizzle. Maybe bridegroom's name got "HENG" in it..hahahahha!!! See lah, moi talking nonsense here...!
No choice lah, mood has not been good for this week.
Ok ok , back to the ROM. Will post the photos once I have the time oki.
On Sat, 18 Jan, went Bintan with Ken's colleagues. Their "sort-of" company trip, can bring spouse along.
At first I was not very keen, hahah....oopsss!!! In the end, I realli did enjoy the trip lah though it's only 2D1N.
All thanks to the "ATV"...hhahaha....! Must be wondering wat's that rite? Please wait patiently for the photos then! I took like 170+ photos for a 2D1N trip, can't believe it...!!! Yah lah, call me vain lah! Ken's colleague was also saying that I like to "自拍"! Muuuhahahah!
Weekend was over just like that...short but enjoyable!
Back to reality on Monday. Sent out a few internal applications. Waiting, waiting and more waiting then!
Tell u something hor, I'm blogging in office rite now. With Boss standing behind me..hhahahaha!!!

Juz 2nd week into Jan'08, I got slapped by another bad news.
Yes, bad news! No matter how u try to convince me, I still consider it as a bad new.
Life sucks indeed! What to do, move on lah, wat else can you do rite?
Only six months into it, got to change again. What's this man!

I'm missing the important things in my life, I can't let this happen.
I can't rely on it, it's not enough!

** The 1st Week of 2008 **
How have the 1st week of 2008 been?
Nothing special, nothing big deal.
I can't imagine, I spent New Year's eve playing mahjong at home.
No countdown, no excitement at all.
Wanna watch countdown, too crowded.
Wanna watch fireworks, not much enthusiasm.
I think I'm old le, just wanna stay at home n rot myself away.
Only 1st week of 2008, received bad news! MC-King, a comedian, an actor passed away on Friday.
A healthy man, just gone like that.
Hmmm...13 years ago, my grandpa too, left us suddenly, just like that. It has been 13 years!
事世难遇料.
We've got to treasure the people around us more. There may not be a second chance.
My dad fell down at home last December, seeing him wheeled into the surgery room, made my heart ache.
Never had this feeling before. Through this incident, I learned to treasure them more, hope it's not too late.
Nevertheless, nothing should stopped us from being optimistic. Life and death happen every day.
Still the old saying, treasure what we have, do not live with regrets.
Oh, I have watched AVP2, sorry to say, I'm realli not a fan of such movies. I rather stick to Transformers, hahaha!
As mentioned, I will try to blog more often.

Brand new year, brand new start!
